Village Commons

As the community activity center, Village Commons is the core of WaterSound , offering a zero-entry pool with a large pool deck and children's playscape, a neighborhood grill, a community game room, mail center, events lawn and 4-acre park. The community post office is located here, where residents send and receive mail. WaterSound homeowners only gain access to the pool through an agreement with the Community Association. *Access to and use of the Village Commons facilities are not included in the purchase of homes or homesites and require separate membership. Memberships regarding Village Commons are subject to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and dues.

Parks

The 3.5-acre Wind Garden Park features a soccer-field sized lawn and whimsical wind sculptures ranging in size from eight feet to 20 feet. Enjoy the beauty of Woodland and Cresent Parks, too.

Trails

There are numerous community wide walking and biking trails meandering throughout the community. Trails are planned to interconnect home sites and neighborhoods.

Golf

The Origins Golf Club at WaterSound is determined to make golf more fun and accessible to families, beginners and casual golfers. A six-hole regulation course that alternatively plays as a nine-hole executive course or a 10-hole, par-3 layout, the Origins course was conceived with the "short course" concept at its core. *Access to and use of The Origins Golf Club is not included in the purchase of homes or homesites and require separate membership. Memberships at The Origins Golf Club are subject to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and dues.

Lake Powell

WaterSound is located along the banks of Lake Powell, a public navigable body of water. Cradled by barrier beaches and majestic dunes, the lake is fed by both rainwater and meandering tides. This created a perfect spot for freshwater and saltwater fishing as well as for as canoeing and kayaking. Homeowners can access the lake via the community dock.

Optional Club Memberships

WaterSound homeowners are also eligible to join WaterSound Club North, which offers two membership categories so you can tailor the amenity package to meet your needs. Option 1, the Sports Membership, is a welcomed retreat for the mind, body and soul. Option 2, the Beach Membership, grants you full membership to the WaterSound Beach Club in addition to all the great options of the Sports Membership. *Access to and use of WaterSound Club North, The WaterSound Beach Club and any of the below mentioned facilities are not included in the purchase of homes or homesites and require separate memberships. Memberships at the WaterSound Beach Club, WaterSound Club North and the below mentioned facilities are subject to application and approval and payment of applicable fees and dues.

Option 2: Beach Membership. Includes all Option 1 privileges as well as WaterSound Beach Club membership, which includes beach, pool and tennis access and dining privileges.
